Merry Christmas!

Christmas was fun this year.  We spent Christmas Eve at Grandma Lucille's and Christmas Day with Daddy's family.  We got new body boards and wet suits.  We are excited to spent some time in the water this coming year.  We enjoyed our winter break from school and overall the holiday season was great!

Happy 9th Birthday

I celebrated my 9th birthday with family and friends at our house.  It was a nice breakfast party and I was spoiled as usual. 

Happy Halloween 2018

This Halloween I dressed as a soccer player and went trick or treating with Emmett and Parker.  We filled up half of our pillow case with candy.  We met with our family the weekend prior to Halloween and carved pumpkins.  It was a fun carving contest and I carved Bendy. 

 

Bendy and the Ink Machine

My favorite character right now is Bendy and the Ink Machine.  Bendy is a character from a video game.  My friends and I draw pictures of Bendy and talk about Bendy, Boris, Allison Angel, Alice Angel, Henry Stein, Joey Drew, Tom, and Butcher Gang.

Angel's Game

Tonight we attended our very first professional baseball game at Angel's stadium.  The Angels played the Seattle Mariners and although the Angels lost, we still had a great time.

First day of 3rd Grade

Fun Filled Summer 2018

It was a fun filled summer for our family.  Parker and I went to summer camp again at Kid's Factory and this time some of our MHES friends joined us.  At camp, we went on walking field trips, made crafts, played games, but overall just had a fun time with our friends.  We took several trips to the beach to bodyboard where I fell even more in love with surfing.  We even had a beach day and bon fire with our entire family, including our cousins Joce and Grayson.  We got to go on a back bay hike and visit the science center where we got to touch marine life.  In early August we rented a house with a pool in La Quinta.  We spent our days in the pool and our nights playing Geometry Dash.  We spent the summer writing comics and playing with our neighborhood friends; Max, Rico, Laura, Amelia, and Emmett.  We ended our summer with one last quick trip to the Splashtopia at the Omni in Rancho Mirage.  It has been a tradition the last few years and it is a great way to end a fun summer.

Fun with Color Run

We had our annual color run today at Kids Factory Summer Camp.  It was a fun filled day of parkour while color was thrown our way.  This is an event we look forward to every year!

Happy 4th of July

Another very happy 4th of July celebrated with our family at Grandma Lu's.  We started off the day with Parker's Cub Scout Pack walking in the Trabuco Canyon 53rd Annual 4th of July parade.  That was a blast because we were able to hand out lots of candy to all the parade spectators.  Then we got splashed by the fire fighters who were also in the parade.  Lastly the ice cream truck came by and gave us popsicles.  At grandma's house, we swam for at least 4 hours.  We were so exhausted but we had to push through to light our fireworks and enjoy the show from other neighbors.  It was a great celebratory day in honor of America's birthday!

Last day of 2nd Grade

Although some days were long, this year overall went by quickly.  I had a great time and I'm a little sad that is it over as I will miss my friends and Mrs Summers.  The last two weeks have been mostly fun, cleaning, preparing for next year, and parties.   Today we had a party at Altisima Park where we got to rotate to 8 different stations.  Each station was a different form of entertainment.  Water balloons, water sponge relay, duck duck goose with water, ...  Thankfully it was a hot day.  In the afternoon we finished the day with popsicles while we participated in the 6th grade clap out.  Mommy and Daddy joined me for the entire day at school.  It was their last volunteer day of the school year.  I'm looking forward to Kids Factory this summer because Roland will be going too.  It is going to be a great summer!

This is my friend Roland.  He's my best friend.  He likes to play video games.  We've been classmates for the last 2 years.  I hope are friends forever.

Family Fun at Circus Trix

Some family fun happening at Circus Trix today.  We made it a family day running, jumping, zip lining, balancing, and swinging.  We had a blast and hope to have many more family fun days!
