Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas.  We had a wonderful Christmas Day spent with Daddy's side of the family at our house.  This was our first year hosting, so everyone came over to our house to celebrate.  We began our morning bright and early by opening up the gifts that Santa brought to us.  I got the Lego Modular House I wanted from Santa.  Mommy and Daddy got us gaming chairs and a 12 in 1 game table.  We loved our presents and spent some time playing on our game table.  Our family came over midday and filled our house with even more presents.  We enjoyed a wonderful meal together, opened up our of our gifts, and played some games.  We had so much fun with our cousins.  The holiday is always a great time of year and this year did not fail to impress.

Merry Christmas Eve

Today is Christmas Eve and we celebrated with Mommy's side of the family.  We started with breakfast at Grandma Lu's.  Santa came early so we got to open a lot of presents.   After a great morning with Grandma Lucille and all our family, we went over to Grandpa John's.  We spent the afternoon with the Sanchez family eating, playing outside, and opening up lots of presents.  It was a fun time with all our cousins.  It was an early night to get home and get our cookies and carrots ready for Santa and his reindeer.

Who-Bilation

This holiday, we watched The Grinch at school and had a Who-Bilation in celebration of our holiday.  We had a yummy (sugar filled) breakfast feast.  We played games, made a Grinch with play dough behind our back, made Grinch dust, and pinned the heart on the Grinch.  Over the course of the month, we also had to do  many good deeds to prove that we had a bigger heart than the Grinch.  It was a great month but it went by so quickly.  Now off to Winter Break for 2 weeks!

Happy Thanksgiving

We celebrated Thanksgiving at our house this year and it was so nice to spend the day with my family.  I'm most grateful for my life, my family, my parents who take care of me, keeps me healthy, and protect me.  After dinner, we all decorated our Christmas Tree.  My family each brought us an ornament to help decorate our tree.  It is nice to see their ornament hanging and think about them.  It was a beautiful, hot, sunny day and I have so many blessings in my life to be grateful for.

Knott's Berry Farm

For my birthday, Grandpa John and Suzanne took my brother and I to Knott's Berry Farm.  Joce, Grayson, and Auntie Janelle joined us.  It was a blast.  We went on so many rides, even the big, scary roller coasters.  The day just flew by and I hope we get to visit again soon.

Happy Birthday to Me!

Today is my 8th birthday.  Mommy and Daddy threw me a great party and invited my family and friends.  We played many different parkour type games.  My friends all had so much fun, but I had the most fun.  It was a great day!

Building a Rover - STEM Lab

Today we built a Rover in STEM lab.  It was easy for me since I got to build a Lego rover and then program it.  I really enjoyed this science lab and Mommy got to volunteer and help us.  I can't wait for the next lab when we build the second part of the rover.
